SERVING People with Disabilities since 1972

Adult Foster Care

Adult Foster Care is a living arrangement that provides food, lodging, supervision, and household services in a family style setting. This service provides a 24-hour plan of care.

Residents in the foster home work on skills to maintain their home such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, menu planning, and shopping. The program encourages residents to be active members of our community through recreation and participation. Our program allows individuals with disabilities to form meaningful relationships with others and promotes a connection to family.

It gives people a chance to explore their individuality by assisting them to live up to their full potential.

Independent Living

  • SILS, ILS, and SLS
  • SILS (Semi-Independent Living Services)
  • ILS (Independent Living Services)
  • SLS (Supported Living Services)

The independent living programs provide individuals with the minimal supports they need to live on their own. Besides supporting individuals with basic living skills, the program provides emotional support and encouragement for decision making. The individual and their team will determine the number of service hours received each month according to each individual's specific goals and circumstances. The service hours will be spent with the individual's direct care staff to achieve the desired goals, such as:
